Building and Connecting God's Army of Creatives

KINGDOM CREATIVE COMMUNITY

FOR ALL CREATIVES

KCI Kingdom Creativity Communities exist to disciple Christians to advance God’s Kingdom through creative expression. Our mandate is to empower an army of creatives who terrify the enemy and take ground for Jesus. (Zechariah 1:18-21)

As a discipleship community, we focus on the creative as an individual, not the created thing or creative expression. We disciple creatives into increasing measures of their identity in Christ within a healthy, interdependent community of encouragement and accountability so that they produce righteous, redemptive, transformative, and transcendent works. Works that bring honor and glory to God and advance His Kingdom. (Eph 2:10, 1 Peter 2:9)

Why community?
If isolation is the devil’s playground, then community is God’s playground. It’s where iron sharpens iron (Prov 27:17). It’s where two or more are gathered in His name, and He is in the midst. (Matt 18:20). It’s the original birthplace of creativity (Father, Son, and Spirit in Gen 1). It’s where we support one another in the battle, like Aaron and Hur raising the arms of Moses (Ex 17:12).

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV)

What Kingdom Creativity Communities look like (KCI culture):

  • Leaders who desire to see others understand and walk out their identity in Christ and their creative calling.

  • We make our plans but allow room for Holy Spirit to move and have His way.

  • In-person, local community gatherings (where possible) at least once a month, or monthly online gatherings.

  • Our community that encourages and empowers Christians to use their unique creative expression (whatever that may be) for Jesus, inside or outside the church (overtly or covertly).

  • We provide a safe atmosphere for individuals to explore their identity in Christ and the creative gifts God has given them.

  • These are interdependent communities where each person is encouraged to participate--everyone's voice matters.

  • KCI is not just for those in traditional arts, but all creative expressions, including business, education, etc.

  • We foster a culture of celebration and honor. We celebrate every stage of the creative journey and honor every individual in our community.

  • KCI supports Kingdom-minded Christians. We understand that there will be participants from various streams of Christianity. However, for the sake of clarity and so that there is no confusion about who we are called to serve, please see our statement of faith below.

KCI Core Values:

  • COMMUNITY:

We may create alone with God, but we surround, support, and exhort in community with one another. We’re better together.

  • KINGDOM-MINDED:

As Christian creatives, we advance the Kingdom through creative expression, whatever that expression may be. We carry the message of Christ (covertly or overtly). Our work is redemptive and life-giving.

  • PRESENCE:

God leads us. The Holy Spirit is in the midst of our community gatherings and empowers us to encourage one another. We are intentional about giving Him room to speak when we gather and to collaborate with us when we create.

  • COMMITMENT:

Creativity is not a hobby. Creating is our response to God’s calling—the fulfillment of our assignment and our destiny. We understand that Kingdom Creatives are on the front lines of His scribal/creative army, and we are in service to the King.

  • GROWTH:

Both inward and outward--increasing in personal and spiritual growth and advancing our craft. Growing in our true identity in Christ, we work to develop excellence, not perfection—strength to strength, glory to ever-increasing glory.

  • HONOR:

We honor our fellow Kingdom creatives, and we honor the process of creating.

  • CELEBRATION:

We celebrate wherever we are in our creative process. And we celebrate whenever our fellow Kingdom creatives succeed. A win for one is a win for the Kingdom, and a win for the Kingdom is a win for all.

RESOURCES For Creatives

Supernatural Creativity is an essential read for anyone who is wondering, "Can God use creativity to bring restoration to individuals and our society as a whole? And can He do this through me?"

As sons and daughters of the Master Creator, we are called to create with God to bring His truth, love, and power through beauty, ingenuity, and innovation. When we submit our creative expression (whatever it may be) to the direction of the Holy Spirit, we give Him room to move in supernatural power, bringing restoration and righteousness through it.

In this supernatural creativity masterclass, Jill Wyckoff draws you into the light of your true identity in Christ and your unique role to play in His army of creatives. She sheds light on misconceptions, challenges, destructive or erroneous thinking, and breaks through fear, comparison, and other creativity killers. Through Biblical foundations, first-hand experience, engaging testimonies, science, poetry, art, reflection, activations, and a heaping dollop of humor, Wyckoff nourishes your creative soul and inspires you to action.

Supernatural Creativity is a step-by-step journey of life-changing discovery that will launch you into your creative destiny with the Master Creator.

The battlefield of creativity isn’t found in your mind or studio—it’s found in your identity.

In Seated to Create, author and Kingdom Creativity pastor Brae Wyckoff unveils a revelatory journey through the book of Ephesians, written specifically for artists, writers, and creatives called to release Heaven’s beauty on Earth.

From the throne room to the battlefield, this book walks you through the six movements of the Ephesians blueprint—Identity, Masterpiece, Mystery, Maturity, Light, and Warfare—equipping you to create from victory instead of striving for validation.

Each chapter blends deep biblical teaching, prophetic reflection, and practical activation designed to help you:

Create from the stillness of Heaven, not the noise of Earth.

Move beyond entertainment into art that redeems and reveals Christ.

Steward revelation with integrity, humility, and courage.

Engage creative warfare with the armor of God and His authority.

You were never meant to create as a performer seeking applause, but as a co-creator revealing the heart of God.

Your pen, brush, voice, and vision are not just tools—they are weapons of transformation in the hands of a surrendered artist.

“You were not anointed to decorate the world—you were armored to transform it.”

— Brae Wyckoff
